One of the must-try dishes in the menu, this dish brings together fresh mushrooms, seasonal greens and springy homemade noodles in a delightful culinary symphony. The noodles are then drizzled with the restaurant’s signature X.O sauce that is made with a medley of prawn roe, salted fish, and dry-cured Jinhua ham.
