Best Pizzas Singapore – ENTERTAINER members have spoken, and elected Peperoni Pizzeria as one of their ‘TOP 10’ awesome pizza haunts in Singapore, and here’s why. The guys behind Peperoni Pizzeria (part of the award winning Les Amis group), clearly have a passion for pizzas that runs pretty deep. So much so they came up with 10 directives they live by, one being ‘All we knead is love’.
Since 2004 they’ve opened seven outlets across Singapore. Diners first found comfort in their wood-fired pizzas, traditional pasta and drinks (the in-house bar serves imported Belgian beers, cocktails and smoothies) at Greenwood, where the creatively adorned walls reflect the sharing of good times through the love of pizza!
Intrigued to find out more, we popped down to Suntec City Mall & watched talented Chef Melvin cook up a storm! Now, if you love eating, tossing or making pizzas then you’re going to really enjoy their two signatures of Prosciutto Crudo di Parma (Parma ham and rocket salad) and Saucisson (Peperoni, bell peppers, onions and roasted garlic).

Watch how Chef Melvin explains that the carefully kneaded dough is first spread with generous servings of tomato sauce and speciality crafted cheese, before being put into a unique orange wood-fire oven for an extra zing to the flavor.

Interestingly, there are 19 varieties of pizzas to please all kinds of tastes and preferences, including Quattro Formaggi (good for heavy cheese lovers), Frutti di Mare (seafood), Hawaiana, Margherita (Mozzarella and cherry tomatoes), Capricciosa (Shiitake and ham) and Vegetariana.
