East Coast American Cuisine – If you can’t decide between one or the other, marry them both. Well, at least that seems to be the idea behind one of The Pelican’s signature offering. The Pelican Burger & Lobster—which would surely appease the most discerning of seafood and western foodies. The ‘patty’ consists of chopped steak together with a whole U.S Maine lobster, the latter prepared by a five to six-minute boil to allow the meat to slide off the shell. After de-shelling, the meat is brought over to the pan for a quick saute and paired with the beef to complete the burger.

The Pelican Burger & Lobster is served with old bay fries, mixed salad and smoked paprika hollandaise. Of course, the whole shebang is only made better by a splendid view of Marina Bay Sands and the Singapore River if you were to take your place at the laid-back al fresco compound.
